F#@%ing Great Post Award

F#@%ing Great Post Award

We’re not looking for above average posts—we’re looking for F#@%ing great ones.

The overall winner gets a free copy of the book F#@% Therapy: Permission to Think Your Own Thoughts.

How to Win a Blogging Award

Simple. Go ahead and submit anything that you’d like to our Award page. We won’t spam you. Much. On Friday we’ll be posting the final nominees, and on the following Monday we announce the winners. The post can only be on this list once—but all nominees also get a F#@%ing Great Post badge.

This Week’s Nominees

http://teenkicks.blogspot.com/2009/02/free-association-friday.html Teenage Kicks, a fantastic rock ‘n’ roll blog riffs on the Boss’s halftime performance, and how he’s darn good in 2009, but 2009 ain’t 1978.

Finding loads of people willing to sell cheap guns. http://www.treygarrison.com/2009/02/where-ill-be-saturday-between-9-am-and-noon-buying-cheap-guns/

Remarkablogger talks about how people are fragile & fickle morons: http://michaelmartine.com/2009/02/11/are-you-serious/

The Ferrett brings up his new world as a benign dictator: http://theferrett.livejournal.com/1234281.html

Raging Daemon again puzzles over the nature of women: http://raging-daemon.livejournal.com/265693.html

Ogunbase takes potshots at Black History Month: http://ogunbase.blogspot.com/2009/02/i-dont-want-black-history-month.html

This post could be either an ARE YOU KIDDING ME or a GREAT F#@%ing POST. Monk at Work riffs on Gratitude. And how it’s a trap. Way interesting…we don’t know where we stand on this one.  http://monkatwork.com/709/the-gratitude-trap/

The guy with the nametag, Scott Ginsberg, well, he talks about being F#@%ing honest.  http://hellomynameisscott.blogspot.com/2009/02/greatest-branding-secret-in-history-of.html

You guys are f#@&*in’ awesome. I read the free chapter, and it totally rocked.

I’m honored to be nominated, and praying hard (what else is a monk to do?) that I’ll win… I’d love to read the whole book. (And if I do, I’ll be more than jazzed to give it a review.)

Thanks again, and I’m glad you like the post!
